My experience was 5-star with KWH in Armadale. The minute my mum and I arrived to my first try-on, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel so comfortable. The staff made appropriate suggestions and were patient and kind. Once I had decided I wanted to combine different dresses and create my own style, the staff were so supportive. Nothing was a problem. Kim, my seamstress was just so thoughtful, kind and generous in my fittings. Making my mum who was very sick so comfortable and I will forever be grateful to her and the rest of the staff for providing my mum and me the best experience in seeing me for the first and last time in my 'perfect' dress. I cannot recommend Karen Willis Holmes, Armadale more.
