I had a wonderful experience with buying my gown at KWH in Melbourne. After trying on a few dresses in multiple stores across Victoria, the last dress I tried on at KWH was the one! The whole team from the try on stage to the fitting stage were extremely kind and friendly, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision! I love that Karen's philosphy with dress design is to make the wearer stand-out rather than the dress stand-out, and it was so special to find a wedding dress made me feel like myself!
