Purchased and fitted shower two years ago, with 5 year guarantee. Now has faulty thermostat which needs replacing. I contacted customer service who told me not covered as 12 month guarantee on moving parts. Deceitful guarantee. Would recommend paying a bit extra and get quality materials. Won’t be using this company again.
