The zipper pull broke off and the gold is chipping off after 40 days of use. Because I bought this at the outlet in Byron Center Michigan. The manager said they won’t warranty the hardware because I could have left the bag out in the rain. I called the company, and the manager said since the store said they won’t cover it, the company won’t cover it. Another larger bag had leather coming off the trim. I gently use my bags. Coach now owns Kate Spade and has the same inferior gold plating. Buyer Beware!
