But prior to that a manager tried to send me another bag (The exact match) next day air and send for me to return the one that was going to be late. The website is built in poor quality, especially when it comes to paying money at checkout. Multiple times the website will conk out even while I'm trying to enter my CC number, and I need to start over. The website will just be stalled with no way to move forward or back. Also, they issue coupons which are practically unusable anywhere. It will continue saying it's not usable no matter what I try. This is the bonus card they gave for Valentine's day GiftCad purchase.
Their customer care is a threadbare one with barely any ability to resolve issues related to their website experience, such as unusable coupons issued.
Considering the customer base Kate Spade has, it would be good to invest in a good engineering team to build a robust website which does not frustrate long term customers.

I have placed multiple orders through Kates Instagram stories - today while looking through their posts there was an active ad for The Staci set of 3 KF369 advertised on sale for $99. When you select the link to order the item is now at $149. Very deceitful on Kate Spades part intentionally. After reaching out to Customer Service via chat I was advised that Kate is aware they run “old” add and this is why the link to shoo is provided to take you to the correct price! That seems INTENTIONALLY DECEITFUL! Shame on you Kate Spade!”

They have luxury items at affordable prices and their customer service is efficient and overall excellent. Online orders usually only take up to a week and shipping fees are so affordable as well. I'll definitely be purchasing more soon.”
