Kate spade outlet has huge shipping delays that aren’t mentioned until after you make your purchase. They produce a shipping label and then items never actually ship. Customer service has very vague, standard AI responses. They basically hold your item and money hostage indefinitely. I ordered a purse more than two weeks ago and still hasn’t shipped and they could not provide any ETA. I would never purchase from this site again… too many better choices out on the market. So long Kate spade!
