The customer Service is outstanding! I did pay $20 for 2 day shipping and my bag was one day late. They refunded the $20. But prior to that a manager tried to send me another bag (The exact match) next day air and send for me to return the one that was going to be late. Every time I called every single customer service rep was professional and kind and they seemed to really care! They also did everything they could to help me!
