I have never dealt with such a bad company. I am 6 weeks speaking to a member of customer service as they forgot to add an item into my order. All I want is a refund and they keep asking me to fill out forms and send pictures. I have paid a lot of money for this missing item and the disrespect I have gotten has been very upsetting.
