I had a flat battery on 10/1/19, called Green flag. Excellent service through out, kept informed at all times. Steve arrived ahead of estimated time. Very professional. After checking battery started the car but advised I needed a replacement soon. He had a replacement battery on board at a competitive price, therefore added bonus of not needing to replace the battery the following day. Patrol GF105
