My pickup seemed to go into limp mode twice in as many days so Green Flag sent Petru, who turned up early (!), tried various diagnoses but couldn't find a fault. He made a couple of logical suggestions as to the problem, neither of which could be dealt with there and then. He emphasised that if I broke down on my way to a garage there wouldn't be a problem arranging recovery to the garage through Green Flag.
Phone operators were polite and efficient, Petru was very polite and did all he could under the circumstances. All in all very good service.
