ref GF124-BPn arrived ahead of scheduled time which was a welcomed surprise. He spent a sensible and realistic amount of time trying to diagnose fault and confirmed the battery was ok. He then towed my car to my garage who later said it was the starter motor issue.It was a perfect experience, many thanks to the mechanic
