When I parked my car in a small car park in Plumstead yesterday I discovered that I had a flat tyre. I am 82 and have a mobility problem so I called for assistance. through Green Flag breakdown cover. Alric of Kavanagh arrived within 30 minutes. He was cheerful and considerate. In order to avoid having to move a lot of things from the boot of the car, Alric suggested that it might be better to take the car to a nearby tyre specialist which he knew, where they might repair the tyre or supply me with a part worn tyre. Alric inflated the tyre and guided me to the tyre specialist. Assuring me that my car would be inspected in about ten minutes, Alric then drove off. The tyre was repaired for £10. I was relieved and impressed as I was expecting him to say I would have to buy a replacement tyre. I said that he had found himself a new customer and this was all due to Alric.
