Patrol TP404. Lovely, polite, enthusiastic young man came via Green Flag as I had a flat battery. My car was stuck in my garage facing forwards so the poor man had to squeeze himself down the side of the vehicle and just managed to open the bonnet.
It needed a new battery ( although car was only 5months old). Off he went to get one, he let me know via phone what time he would be back. Again he arrived on time, fitted the battery and checked everything was fully working before departing.
