I had a car breakdown this morning called my insurers who told me minimum 1 hour thankfully Ben had other ideas and arrived within 30 mins. After successfully diagnosis temporarily fixed the problem and offered to follow me to my normal repair shop. Could not of been more helpful if he tried really impressed from start to finish top marks all round especially to Ben.
