Our čar would not start so we booked a rescue via green flag and were informed that a Kavanagh rescue vehicle would attend. The whole process was very efficient and I received a phone call from Kallum confirming what the app had told us that he would be with us in 30 minutes. In fact he arrived early and what a charming and polite man he was. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our car and although the fault was a minor one and immediately sorted out, Kallum gave us several very helpful tips to stop the same problem reoccurring. He made sure that the car would restart again before processing our paperwork. This was our first time using green flag and if we have a rescue vehicle from Kavangh again we will be more than happy.
