Broke down in the middle of nowhere. Had to wait two hours for recovery vehicle. Afraid and cold. But when Kevin arrived he made sure I was ok and sat me in his vehicle to warm up. He was very friendly and reassuring. He hooked my car up and towed it to y local garage and dropped me home. I was very impressed with his efficiency and kindness.
