Our Toyota hybrid estate fully packed up for our holiday developed a 12volt battery problem which locked the tailgate, unable to start the car. Disaster. Had to wait 2.5 hours for the mechanic to arrive however he was extremely helpful and courtesy. After a check of the lower volt circuits, a booster charge and road test we were soon on our way.
