Had driven from North of Scotland 650 miles, parked up, did a job for son, went to put tools back in car and it wouldn't unlock, dead battery. phoned Greenflag and in no time at all Shan KO212 of Kavanagh arrived did all the necessary checks and pronounced the battery dead. He produced a battery, did more checks and we were going again. All the time we waited we were kept informed of the time of arrival which was very assuring. We are home now with no more problems so a big thankyou to Kavanagh and the courteous and very helpful Shan. 10 out of 10 from us.
