I have just waited for two and a half hours for someone to come and tow my car home after an accident on a major road. Not a happy bunny as just wanted to get home. If it wasn't for your operative Ashley Laker I would have cancelled my membership with Green Flag asap. This is the second time I have had to wait over two hours for assistance and being a female on my own, I do not think this is acceptable.
