Contacted by text immediately with reg no of truck and ETA, assessed within 30 mins by first contact driver who then arranged for further recovery vehicle which arrived on time. Very speedy and efficient service despite closure of A1 causing detour Driver very friendly and cheerful. Thank you. An asset to your company .
