Ben attended a callout to check out a flat battery in my VW Polo this afternoon. He was prompt and professional at all times. He gave great customer service and it's because of his ethic that I would have no hesitation in recommending the Kavanagh Motor Group. When I explained why I thought the battery had been drained he immediately investigated the issue and with some considerable effort he was able to rectify it whilst the battery was re-charging. It was a significant relief to have the problem rectified whilst all the time being provided with an explanation which, to a complete naif with regards to anything automotive, made complete sense.
