I recently broke down on the M25 (9th Aug), in heavily congested traffic. Jay KR092 turned out to rescue my car and take us to Sandy Lane garage in Walton on Thames. He was polite, friendly and really efficient. Thanks to Jay, I was able to get my car to the garage in time for them to replace a faulty coil pack and get me back on the road, to complete my journey.
