My car would not start. It was a hot Bank Holiday Sunday. I called my insurance company and they told me Kavanagh would be sending someone out to me. This was at 1230pm. By 5 pm someone came. The key's battery had fallen out. I searched inside and in my handbag but could not find it. Finally checked my car. It was on the floor, on the car mat. It clucked back into place. The car started instantly. Engin sealed it up properly with professional looking black super tape. He was quiet but smiley and lovely and I was so happy with their choice of mechanic for me. He told me he would be working through the Bank Holiday Monday too. Thank you for helping me yesterday. Service excellent
