Excellent service from Matt KPR192 - after being told we would have a 4 hour wait, this was reduced by 40 minutes due to Matt coming along to do one more job even though he should have clocked off 2 hours earlier.
He sorted the problem quickly, and was very polite - definitely a 10/10 for Matt
