Paul K504 was sent via Green Flag to assist me on Sunday 29 Sept, arrived within quarter of an hour which was well within the estimated time given. He identified and sorted the problem very quickly so I feel I had excellent service. I have been on holiday since the incident so that is why my feedback is late.
