We had a problem unlocking our Nissan Micra. Kavanagh firstly tried to offer advice over the phone, which eventually worked. They had suggested a flat battery might be the basic problem & this proved to be correct. Kavanagh then said they would send someone to us, but that this would take some time, as they were very busy. Eventually, it took 5 hours for a mechanic to arrive, but Kavanagh regularly updated us by phone. When Oliver arrived, he immediately proved to be very helpful & informative. He tested the battery, which he said needed to be replaced & he explained why. Fortunately, he had a suitable battery in his van, which he fitted for us. The cost was the same as Halfords would have charged. We were very satisfied with Oliver.
