Stranded by a dead car in Sainsbury's car park in the dark and heavy rain I called Green Flag who use Kavanagh in this area. I was told a technician would be with me within the hour and that I would be kept updated. I received a text and shortly after a telephone call from the technician ( I.D. SO39) giving me a much earlier time of arrival.. When he arrived he was a cheerful guy, despite the rain, and it took him about 10 minutes to diagnose a faulty connection to my starter motor. My Land Rover was running again within 50 minutes of my first call. The guy then patiently explained what my problem was and how I could set about a permanent repair at home in the dry. First class service and first class operative. I am well chuffed. Thank you
