Our initial call was handled well and we were contacted to advise us of the ETA. The mechanic Lee called us and arrived earlier than expected. He diagnosed the problem quickly - flat battery - and at our request removed our old battery and supplied and fitted a new one, for which we were able to pay by card. All this transaction from start to finish was handled courteously and professionally and we are very happy with the service provided by Green Flat/Kavanagh.
