Andy arrived having previously called ahead and estimated his arrival time
What a lovely genuine person he got to work and soon discovered my problem or should I say my vehicles problem
He talked me through the possible causes and soon had diagnosed the situation and the remedy
A new battery was needed so he arranged to go and get a new battery and fitted it for me
He was polite efficient and certainly knew his job
