My experience last night was absolutely outstanding, a brilliant and excellent service. The driver/mechanic was truly first class, he was polite and friendly and was extremely knowledgeable. Indeed, customer service was truely great. His name was Lucas and showed genuine and real concern and went above and beyond-a real credit to his company. I consider myself lucky to be with this service and no doubt will continue to do so with people like him working for it. Thanks so very much Lucas, true gentleman and highly skilled mechanic. P G
