Excellent service received. Car parked outside house but wouldn't start so not a problem in terms of waiting for rescue. Engineer arrived within the time stipulated and he was very efficient in diagnosing the problem (earth wiring). Got the car started and followed me to garage to leave car for repair. Engineer was very helpful and polite.
