Full marks in every respect. My car had to be recovered to my local garage.
I was given an approximate arrival time and then the engineer rang
to say that he was 20 minutes away. The very pleasant and helpful engineer loaded my car onto his vehicle, loaded me into the cab, and we arrived a short time later. It couldn't have been easier.
