Paul K504 came out today to find out what the problem was with my Jeep when I lost power with my car, just off J8 of the M20 about lunch time. Phoned me first to give me an update on his eta which was quicker than planned. When he arrived instantly diagnosed a flat battery, put in one of his to check it wasn’t anything worse, then confirmed it was just the battery. Paul phoned around for me to source me a new battery. This wasn’t an option as not on stock but I found another place nearby with one, with Paul giving he spec of the battery to ensure it was correct. He advised me how to keep the revs high to ensure I didn’t break down again on route to the garage and gave me the correct paperwork. One very happy customer. Such a nice man please pass on my gratitude. Very efficient service green flag.
