Gary arrived early to sort out my flat battery - this had happened four times in the last year, largely because of my own stupidity in, for example, unwittingly leaving my lights on. I hadn't replaced the battery since I bought the car in April 2017, when the car had only 12,000 miles on the clock, and Gary identified it as probably the original battery, and replaced it. He was quick, and helpful in giving me information I didn't know, like how to deal with unwanted TA interruptions. I'm now MUCH happier with my car.
