Just a quick note to say how happy I was with the work Gary (GF169) did today. He turned up and got straight to work. Though it was a frustrating problem he cheerfully tackled it. There was a problem with the starter motor. He successfully diagnosed the problem, got a quote for a replacement, went off, picked it up, brought it back and fitted it. The car started first time. He was polite and efficient. Beforehand, although the rescue was delayed (which I wasn’t happy about), I was kept up to date with his arrival time. The communications were very good. I would rather too much comms than too little. Excellent job all round. Many thanks.
