Called about my battery being flat at 2:26 and Patrick arrived at 2:55, he was very kind as he waited for me for 15 minutes as I was on Clapham high street, not expecting him for a couple of hours, he tested the battery (turned out it was completely flat) he changed the battery and he was on his way, took roughly 30 minutes ish, Patrick was Very kind and we had a good old chat. If I need my car done again please send Patrick
