Rob, the mechanic who came to fix the car was very professional throughout, with a friendly manner and kept us fully informed of our options. My elderly parents are self isolating so it was important for them to have use of the car as needed. He had to obtain a replacement battery and was able to return to instal it on the same day which was very much appreciated. Many thanks!
