The formatting was done neatly by KDP, and my book looks polished. There were a few tweaks I had requested to Zenith, my Project Manager, but they fixed everything quickly. Not quite perfect the first time, which is why it's 4 stars, but they did listen and make it right. I’m happy with how it turned out.
