“I contacted Roy Abraham at Kinetic Digital Publishers for distribution. My book was up on Amazon and other platforms faster than I thought. Just took a bit to get confirmation on everything. Communication was good, but not perfect. I’d still work with them again because they know what they’re doing and made it easy for me.”

“I’m picky about formatting, and KDP did a pretty decent job. The first version had a couple of layout issues, but once I pointed them out, the team fixed them right away. They were easy to work with and responsive. It would have been 5 stars if it were right the first time.”

“The formatting was done neatly by KDP, and my book looks polished. There were a few tweaks I had requested to Zenith, my Project Manager, but they fixed everything quickly. Not quite perfect the first time, which is why it's 4 stars, but they did listen and make it right. I’m happy with how it turned out.”

“I appreciate that KDP offers global distribution, but the actual reach isn’t as wide as advertised. My book was supposed to be available in multiple international markets, but readers in some countries couldn’t find it. However, the print-on-demand service is amazing, as some customers get high-quality copies. I have been in contact with Steven throughout the process, and he has been extremely supportive. It’s a decent platform, but distribution needs improvement.”
