Ordered 5 items online on 2-Sept. Advised one product cannot be supplied and offered alternative on 3-Sept - I accept replacement. Advised another product cannot be supplied and offered alternative on 6-Sept - I accept refund for this item and agree to rest of order being sent. Items dispatched 13-Sept. Items arrived 15-Sept but one item isn't what I ordered - I contact Keeler by email. 16-Sept I get email from Keeler asking for photo. 20-Sept photo sent to Keeler. 26-Sept photo and follow-up sent to Keeler as no response. 28-Sept I get asked to write this review but still no response to my emails/photos about problem. Keeler have made a small order into quite a difficult process and I'm not happy about it.
