1. Employee had no idea how parliament hinges/wide throw hinges work. Insisted I was wrong in how they work. I wasn't wrong and had to go back and purchase them.
2) chose door handles from display - only to be told they are discontinued.
3) ordered 2 door handles. Rang back same day to add 1 more. When delivered they hadn't added the extra 1. Had to wait 2 weeks for the sedition one.
4) nothing seems to be in stock. Everything I have purchased to date had to be ordered.
