The shop is well laid out and easy to navigate. Staff were accessible, knowledgeable and helpful when I visited the showroom in Willoughby. Staff responded well to email queries. When I placed the order I requested delivery. However, once the goods were picked and packed there was a txt message that indicated that the goods were ready to pick up at the shop. This was sorted out quickly through an email exchange. Although delivery was made to regional NSW promptly, there was no tracking made available to me once the goods were in transit.
