Quite helpful on respect of sourcing additional products but communication was something of an issue.
I purchased a lever and latch set, with a 60mm backstop. I required a 70mm backstop latch.
I enquired as to the suitability of a lever only set, to save me 10$ per unit for a total saving of 70$ but this request was misunderstood/misinterpreted.
Still pretty happy with the service, to be honest.
