Wanted to buy keyed alike window locks in two products. Customer help explained how to complete the online order process for that outcome very well. Things got complicated when I realised I was one window lock short and needed to add to the order. After a little negotiation, the order was amended and shipped the next day. Pretty good effort to amend the process for me as first time customer. Would recommend Keeler Hardware on product, service and price.
