I placed an order for Brio Door tracks on 4/09/2023 Invoice KH00271295. Paid 85.00 for shipping and handling. Received the order only to find that part 806 had been supplied without the insert. Sent an email to sales and received back request for a photo of the part so you could chase the supplier. NOTE part is clearly shown on your website if you punch in multifold.??!! As of today ( A month since the original order was placed) have had no positive response to my problem or confirmation that the required part has been shipped.
