One of the items purchased and received was differently branded and I believe a slightly different colour than what was ordered. They advised this is what was sent by manufacturer I was offered a refund but had to pay the cost to return the incorrect item. Communication was via email and there wasn’t a clear process on how to return provided just to send it back.Item was returned and I am still waiting for refund to be processed on day 4.
Process and communication need to be better, I don’t believe I should be responsible for paying cost of return when a different branded product was provided. The plus side being willing to provide a refund without hassle even if it hasn’t been paid yet.

Not to long after review was posted I received a full refund for my order. I am happy with the outcome. Strangely I still wasn’t notified by the business that a refund was issued so my points communication stand.
