Good communication and quick to get to Australia post who then let the side down with late delivery. The Whitco spiral sash balance was missing the foot plate which it showed in the picture and said w/foot. I fortunately enough to be able to remove and reuse the old ones. Will happily use Keeler hardware again though. Great product.
