Well since you asked, although I paid express post shipping and ordered prior to 8am in the morning on a Friday, our order was still not shipped until the Monday, so therefore didn't arrive until the Wednesday when it was needed for a job on the Tuesday. So not overly happy with that. Then despite that, I sent an email requesting to open a credit account for our business as you are cheaper than our current supplier, however, nobody has got back to me in the two weeks since I sent that request and I've tried to call with no success either. EDIT: Since putting in this review I have been contacted and have received a credit application and we look forward to moving forward with our business relationship.
