After ordering 5 handles I realised I needed 1 extra, so called Keeler to try and amend. Was told this was not possible, I would have to purchase separately and of course pay postage again - which I found a little strange, considering the original order had not yet been fulfilled or posted. Yes my fault for not counting how many I needed properly, but found this inflexibility a bit frustrating.
