I ordered two of one item and received two of something else. I went on line and followed the procedure for receiving the wrong item. I had follow up emails the next working day and with a suitable reply (and image) the correct item was dispatced with a label so I could return the incorrect items.
This ment my job was delayed by a few days, but otherwise getting the correct item went smoothly.
The original item I ordered was spot on for the job I required it for.
